Your hot tub filter is one of the most important components within your spa, removing suspended particles, grease and foreign matter from the water. Your filter requires cleaning on a regular basis to ensure its continued efficiency.

We recommend that you keep two sets of filters - one set actually in the spa and the other set clean and ready for use. There are a couple of advantages to doing this. First, when you have a clean set of filters ready for use you can put them into the spa right away and leave your dirty filters to soak for a longer period of time. This translates to a deeper, more thorough cleaning for the filters, plus you can then allow them to dry completely which helps prolong their lifespan. Regular rotation using two sets of filters can extend their useful life from 12 months up to two years
